Corrections first

This market changes monthly. If a price snapshot is stale, a feature moved tiers, or a verdict reads wrong to your experience, write to hello@buyerguidehq.com with the page name — corrections are the highest-priority mail on this site and get fixed with a dated note.

Disagreements with verdicts are welcome too, especially with evidence (a side-by-side, a workflow that contradicts our limits section). The comparison pages get updated from good-faith pushback more often than from press releases.

What we don't take

Paid placements in rankings, "sponsored reviews" and unmarked affiliate deals are all no. If you are a tool maker and want us to look at a new model, the honest path is the same as everyone else's: the free tier, the public docs, and the community's findings.

Other reasons people write

Questions about the method ("why does Kling beat X on your page when my test says otherwise?") get real answers, usually within a few days. Requests for new comparisons and guides are ranked by how often they arrive — the HeyGen vs Synthesia page exists because it was the most-requested comparison at launch.

And if you found a tool that deserves coverage and is not on the list yet, that is the single most useful mail you can send.
